I ordered before an other product, I got after try it, but do not like. I send back it, got back the money, everething was all right. This is the reason because I ordered again a similer, but bigger power device. I hope will be everething OK, as before! :-)
I am very disappointed, I ordered three products, they have already informed me that they cannot deliver two of them, I have already paid for it, but I still have not received anything. The telephone customer service is not available and they also respond very slowly by e-mail.
I hope to get my money back.
