Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.
The best chocolates on sale. A fantastic choice of different tastes and textures. It is great that we can get them online in Northern Ireland. The sales team are very helpful and friendly.
We really look forward to our deliveries. A cup of coffee and the wonderful taste of a Neuhaus chocolate mmmmmm.

Arrived quickly and well packed. Scrummy chocolates. I had the irresistible chocolates and they are wonderful. The chewy nougat with the unctuous ganache centre is a great textural experience. I afraid I want more but know I shouldn't be this self indulgent.

I am Belgian so I grew up with Neuhaus, especially at Easter. Am glad that the next and next next generation who is not Belgian but English love Neuhaus. Must be the genes. Anyway, I am glad that the Easter tradition with Neuhaus continues!

I love this chocolate and it is my absolute favourite kind of chocolate, I would love to buy it often if it was available close to me in Stockholm and it wasn’t so expensive, now I pay over 100 dollars for a kg and I eat it during a week .

The chocolates were purchased as an Easter present for relatives but were shipped super-fast and by all accounts were wonderful and in perfect condition upon arrival. It was my first Neuhaus purchase but I will definitely be returning.
