Very thorough results. Took a LONG time for the results due to being sent to UK - I had to trawl the website to find a mention of that, it should be prominent as many will assume the timeframe given is from when sample gets to NSW when that is not the case.

I purchased this particular kit for the prime purpose of being based in Australia. The reply paid address is in NSW, but it then gets sent to an undisclosed location in the UK. This process has taken over a month so far and still no sign of the whereabouts as there is also no tracking ability. Customer service is very generic - you will get the same response no matter what you send. Very disappointed with the service and a definite regretful purchase.

Good, clear explanations
It was very clear and written in plain English. Some more detail around some of the Food items would be helpful, eg., Milk - can I consume lactose-free items or should I cut all dairy out and have oat/almond milk as an alternative?

My sensitivity
I am very happy with the results. Several results were a surprise for me but several were proven medically wich makes this test very trustworthy.
Very short moment I was confused where to send samples. Online instruction was showing address in UK and envelope supplied by you was NSW.

Waste of money
I paid for the couples test ( I wanted to find out my results before submitting my partners so he would be more inclined to do it ) Sent off my sample and waited the 3-5 days for my results to be emailed back to me, and waited, and waited. This was about three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. So I can only assume they've got my money and I have been scammed.

Fraudulent
The tests aren’t accurate, they give false results instilling fear that there is something wrong!
Mine indicated there was an high issue with my thyroid, went to the doctor for reliable testing and everything came back perfect!
This “check” Is fraudulent at best. Avoid and don’t waste your money!

Your results do not match allergies I already had confirmed from doctors so I don't trust any of these results. I did some research into hair analysis and apparently there is no evidence this works. This services is a sham!
