I had a hiccup with the online ordering form not working but on contacting autotronics customer services i soon was sorted and printed out form and sent with my key fob, i was texted to say when it would be delivered back arrived as promised and works perfectly very pleased with service thank you.

More people should know that instead of paying £200 + to your dealer for new keys, AUTOtronics will repair it and have it back in a few days- my Fiat 500 remote key was fully repaired for £65. A great service, many thanks.

sent all parts they asked for( Key ECU immobiliser) but not removed the immobiliser from my ECU they said they could not do this and still have the same fault (intermittent transponder fault ) they tested the parts and found NO fault this is why I put the goods lower but was happy with the rest.

So happy with my keys, I was told on numerous occasions that I would have to buy a new set at £250. Autronics was my last hope and they were fixed within a week for £48 Great communication and great service Thank you

Never gave me a clear answer as if guessing wether my parts were faulty or not one minute it was your steering lock is faulty then no no its not that it's the transponder or maybe something else. I cut my loses payed the £40 diagnostic fee
and but it as a waste of time and money. Never filled me with confidence that you could fix the problem.

Very slow turn around, poor communication.I did all the chasing
Luckily we were away else I would have been without the car for 8 days.
Still charged for courier and no real apology.

Flip side so much better value than a BMW stealership.

I SHOULD HAVE POINTED OUT THAT IMMOBILISER FLASHED ON ONE KEY I SENT MY WORSE KEY FIRST; MY OBJECTIVE HAS BEEN TO ACHIEVE REMOTE OPENING AND LOCKING OF A 15 YEAR OLD CAR WITH REPAIRED ORIGINAL KEYS; I UNDERSTAND THAT CAR MAY NOT REICEIVE MESSAGE FROM KEYS THOUGHT I AM ONLY THE SECOND OWNER OF CAR AND REMOTE FUNCTION DID WORK A YEAR PLUS AGO UNTILL BATTERIES BECAME EXHAUSTED job is an experiment

Got there in the end but it took over a month to receive a working item. I to needed to send the product back as initially it didn't function and then make numerous unreturned phone calls before anything actually happened, progress was slow and updates non existent. Frustrating but TBF it was repaired, finally

Rating is for a Porsche key. Would have been five star, but 1st key returned did not work and was poorly assembled; however, having accepted the return, a replacement was sent without delay and works perfectly.

My key for worked for about a week the first time, and one day after I sent it back again
