Welcome to the world of insights!
The time has come: by releasing a Basic KPI Dashboard with review insights, we are bringing customer-facing analytics to eTrusted.
This dashboard is placed in a brand-new Analytics section and offers our users the most important review- and grade-related facts and figures at a glance:
✓ Overall grade
✓ Reviews (star distribution)
✓ Grade history
✓ Grade per month
✓ Reviews collected (amount per month)
But the KPI Dashboard is only the first step in making review data available and digestible for you: in the next months, more functionalities will be joining the new Analytics section, such as the possibility to set your own goals.
