We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to the Sentiment Analysis feature that will provide you with even deeper insights into your customers' voices. As of today, you can now apply Sentiment Analysis to reviews from the last 3 years, a substantial increase from the previous 365-day limit.
Why this matters
This expansion allows you to:
- Analyze long-term trends in customer sentiment
- Gain a multi-year overview of your business performance
- Uncover valuable insights from reviews collected in the more distant past
How to access extended Sentiment Analysis
- Open the date range filter in the top right corner of your dashboard
- Select "last 3 years" from the options
- Click "Apply" to update your analysis
Note: The earliest possible starting date for analysis is currently 01/09/2021. Full three-year analysis will be available from 01/09/2024.
